How can I pay my bill?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks and even ACH payment. There are multiple ways you can pay invoices. You can set up your account to auto pay (our preferred method) and then we will email you the paid receipt and invoice. You can pay via your client Dashboard after receiving your invoice, or you can mail in your payment.
When a new customer calls requesting a container for their job, we take their credit card information at that time.
What is the Disposal Fee?
The disposal fee is calculated based on the weight and contents of the debris put into the container by the customer. When we take the container to be emptied the debris weight is calculated. The fee is based on a per ton calculation. There is a 1 ton minimum disposal on every disposal.
What is my client dashboard?
Your client dashboard is a great tool we offer our customers where they can view all current and previous invoices, Pay online, and even request a dumpster service. Please call our office staff today for more information.
How long is the Container Rental for?
Residential/Homeowner rentals are 3 days, however you may utilize the container for however long you need it at a daily rate.
Contractor rentals can remain on site for as long as needed, however, after two weeks of inactivity (where the container has not been emptied) daily rate fees start to accumulate.
Containers that have not been serviced for 30 days tend to be neglected. We will reach out to you if, your container has not been serviced for more than 30 days. If you have a container that has not been emptied for more than 90 days, we will schedule a pickup.
Question: How should I load my container?
Answer: When loading a container, ensure all debris is placed inside the container. Do not leave anything hanging over the sides or sticking through the top of the dumpster. This could delay your waste pick-up because drivers cannot haul overloaded dumpsters. You also may be charged additional fees.
