Disclaimer
By agreeing to utilize Site Services, the customer hereby warrants that any right of way provided by customer for the waste hauler’s equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles reasonably required to perform the service herein contracted. Site Services shall not be responsible for damage to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying sub-surface of any route reasonably necessary to perform the service herein contracted and customer assumes all liabilities for damage to driving surfaces, pavement, yard, or road surfaces and entire container placement site.
Customers are responsible for the contents and weight of their containers, regardless of who disposes waste into those containers. All illegal or unauthorized dumping will be the sole responsibility of the account holder. We suggest that all customers take measures to secure their containers to prevent illegal dumping. We also recommend planning projects so that roll off containers are on site for as little time as possible.
Customers shall observe the fill line of their containers. We cannot haul containers with waste that protrudes from the top of the box or that surpasses the weight restrictions for public roads and highways. If we are unable to haul a container due to safety concerns, the customer is responsible for offloading excess material. Any excess material not offloaded may result in an overage fee. Fees will be promptly charged to the account. All containers are priced with either a maximum tonnage or at a per ton basis, depending on material and locality.
